Each client begins with a comprehensive intake covering training history, current goals, prior injuries, etc. This information is used to design a training and nutrition plan that fits the client’s starting point and circumstances.
Online coaching includes:
A training program built around the individual’s goals, equipment, and limitations
Integrated nutrition guidance aligned with training objectives
Video-based technique review and detailed feedback
Ongoing communication and plan adjustments
Access to free training app
Communication is consistent, questions are addressed directly, and adjustments are made when needed. Training and nutrition are reviewed regularly to ensure progress is moving in the right direction.
If something isn’t working, it is changed. If a client’s schedule shifts, the program adapts. The goal is to maintain momentum rather than force adherence to a plan that no longer fits.
2. Personal Training
In-person training is offered at Lift Fitness, located at 50 Ferncroft Road in Danvers, Massachusetts. This option provides hands-on coaching for individuals who benefit from real-time correction and structured progression in a gym setting.
Each session is built around the individual’s current ability, goals, and physical considerations. Training focuses on developing strength through sound mechanics and repeatable execution.
This option is well suited for individuals who:

3. Online Wellness Coaching For Businesses
Stevens Health & Wellness provides individualized online training and wellness coaching for businesses where employees can opt in to one-on-one support.
Each participating employee completes an intake covering goals, training history, physical limitations, available equipment, and schedule. Training and nutrition guidance are then built specifically for that individual, not for the team as a whole.
All coaching is delivered on a one-on-one basis.
Each employee receives:
