Since 2022, Stevens Health and Wellness has worked with a diverse clientele seeking structure, accountability, and efficiency in their health and fitness routines.  We focus on deeply understanding each client’s past, present, and ideal future to formulate a plan that fits seamlessly into their lives. Clients are closely coached through their plans and adjustments are made as they progress or as life circumstances arise.

Stevens Health and Wellness was founded to provide a clear and honest approach to training in an industry dominated by unnecessary complexity. Our focus is on fundamentals that hold up over time: Proper movement, realistic nutrition, and accountability.

Meet The Founder

Dylan Stevens, CSCS

Background and Credentials

Dylan Stevens is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) with a B.S. in Exercise Science and over a decade of experience in strength training, program design, and one-on-one coaching.

Before working professionally as a trainer, Dylan spent over 15 years training himself, making mistakes, refining technique, and learning how the body responds to different training and nutrition strategies. He has experience in all areas of fitness, from flexibility to powerlifting. This experience combined with a formal education shaped a coaching style that prioritizes structure, clarity, and adaptability. Plans are designed to work in the real world for real people.

Dylan is a lifelong Beverly, Massachusetts resident and a former collegiate baseball player at Merrimack College. He currently competes as a natural athlete in men’s physique shows, maintaining the same standards of consistency and discipline he expects from his clients.

Coaching Across Diverse Clientele

Dylan has worked one on one with hundreds of clients across all ages, backgrounds, and limitations, from youth athletes to retired CEOs. He has coached clients in person at facilities including Life Time and Manchester Athletic Club and continues to work with clients virtually from across the United States.

Today, Dylan provides online coaching to clients nationwide and in-person training at Lift Fitness, located at 50 Ferncroft Road in Danvers, Massachusetts. Across both formats, the standard remains the same: individualized planning, clear structure, and consistent execution over time.
