"I have been fortunate to have Dylan as my online trainer for the past 15 weeks. I have had numerous online trainers over the past 15 years and although I have been content with my experience with all of them, but the level of client service provided by Dylan has been exceptional.

There are a number of things that set Dylan apart from the other online trainers I have had in the past. First is his knowledge of health and fitness. I started working with Dylan to add muscle and increase my mobility/flexibility. After discussing my goals, he designed workouts and nutritional plans unique to me, nothing cookie cutter. Beyond just providing a plan, he thoroughly explained the reasoning behind the exercises chosen and the nutritional goals. His educational background, certification, and personal experiences are readily evident in the plan and in his explanations.

The second thing that sets Dylan apart is his willingness to go the extra distance in helping clients meet their goals. Any questions I have had about exercise have been quickly answered. He carefully critiques all the videos I send to him of exercises I am completing in my program. He not only provides direction on how to improve performance, but also gives encouragement and tells me when I am doing exercise correctly! On two different occasions he has either called me to go into detail on how to improve or has actually sent video demonstration to explain what he is looking for in performing a specific movement pattern.

Another factor that sets Dylan apart from other online trainers is his personality. He is friendly, good humored, and cares about helping his clients meet their goals. He meets his client at their level and works with them. He is a great listener and an excellent communicator.

In the last 15 weeks, I have gained muscle, improved my mobility/flexibility, and learned a great deal about myself and what is possible to accomplish when you have a great trainer in your corner! "It's been great working with Dylan. He helped me reach my goals and push me when I was becoming stagnant with my workouts and motivation. His knowledge was helpful in changing up the workouts at the right time for a better build. The workouts were great and I could notice I was gaining strength each week.

”For years I have struggled with losing weight and keeping it off. I always thought that my diet was clean but I couldn’t keep the weight off. This year I decided to get help with my diet and to stay lean. I looked into many trainer websites and came across Stevens Health and Wellness, which was promoting a special to get ready for summer. I wanted to look my best this summer so I decided to begin training with Stevens Health and Wellness. 

I have to say that this was one of the best investments I have made for myself. Dylan Stevens put me on a strict diet plan and exercise routine. He showed me that it wasn’t what I was eating that was bad, but it was the amount of food and the combination of macros that was not working for me. 

Since I have been working with Dylan, I have lost almost 20 pounds in my summer cutting phase and attained a BFI of 13. I have never been this lean in my life. During this time, Dylan monitored how my strength was increasing on the workouts he derived for me. 

Presently, I am excited to work with Dylan on a bulking phase where I am gaining lean muscle while keeping my BFI low. 

I am not going to sugarcoat this process. I was determined from the beginning that I was going to work hard, listen and act on Dylan’s feedback, and work at my macros. It has not always been easy, but Dylan preaches consistency and I have become a firm believer in his program. 

One of the things I told Dylan at the very beginning of my training was that I didn’t want him to treat me with kid gloves. And he has been forthright to get in my face if I am not doing something right or he thinks I could do better. I respect him for that and I am very comfortable with our working relationship. 

During the summer, I had times where I was traveling and did not have access to a gym. Dylan prepared a whole specialized workout program that used body weight and some exercise bands that I had brought on my trip. Dylan will meet you where you are at and devise a program for where you want to be. 

I would highly recommend working with Dylan at Stevens Health and Wellness if you are looking to see results and are willing to put in the work. I also want to say that I could not do what I have been able to accomplish without the strength that I have been given by God my Creator!”
